Vitamin D3

Unlike water soluble vitamins, the fat soluble vitamin D3 can be stored by your body. That will keep your antioxidant protection high during the night without the energy boost that might stop you from falling asleep like vitamin C can. This is why we advise you only take your vitamin C during the day. Half life of vitamin C in the body is 30 minutes, so any one dose is mostly gone within two hours.

Niacin

(Warning: Do not use Niacin before reading about it’s flush effect!)
Any brand of niacin will do as long as you make sure it’s Nicotinic Acid. The others are toxic for your liver. Write the maker and ask if in doubt. We’ve confirmed this one is nicotinic acid: Niacin (US), Also available in France: FR
